A dark roast known for its bold and intense flavor, achieved through a slow roasting process that draws out rich, deep earthy notes.

Origin and Flavour profile: The blend consists of 100% Arabica beans sourced from Indigenous communities in Papua New Guinea, Brazil and Guatemala.  This Rich Italian blend is very dark, giving the beans a nearly black appearance with an oily surface. Full-bodied with a velvety texture.  This roast is ideal for those who prefer a strong, rich cup of coffee with minimal acidity and a bold, smooth finish.
